Hotwon is a leading provider of data center solutions in China, and its Shanghai headquarters is situated on the 53rd floor of a 5A-grade office building in Jing'an District, with a 360-degree view of the core area of Shanghai. The design objective was to create a comprehensive office space that is both simple and functional, accommodating reception areas, lounge areas, conference rooms, multi-functional hall, executive offices, and standard office spaces. At the main reception space, we utilized anodized aluminum panel walls, wood veneer ceilings, and white terrazzo floors as the primary materials, combined with a geometric sculpture-like front desk, to create a modern and futuristic ambiance that aligns with the ethos of a technology company. In contrast, other areas feature wood veneer and warm gray fabrics as the primary materials, fostering a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for people.
